There is absolutely nothing like the flavor of a perfectly slow roasted prime rib.   When Prime Rib is roasted properly the low temperatures prevent the roast from shrinking and allow the meat to maintain the juices inside, providing perfect flavor from the prime rib of beef.  We choose only the best meat for our roast, ensuring excellent marbling, and an aged beef that dry aged for weeks at a time, to help ensure the enzymes break down the muscle, making the meat as tender as possible. Served with our homemade in house Au Jus, this dish is one of the most popular dishes we serve.
